Founded in 1995 in the heart of China’s manufacturing hub, Foshan Izumi Metals Industrial Co., Ltd. — the factory behind ONWAY SPORTS — has spent three decades doing one thing well: the research, design and manufacture of aluminium-alloy folding furniture. Today we are recognised as a global pioneer in outdoor folding tables and chairs, and an OEM/ODM partner to more than 300 brands across 80+ countries.
We think of ourselves as more than a manufacturer — we are a definer of “folding aesthetics.” Backed by a 9,000 m² modern production base, a 500 m² brand showroom, 30 years of hands-on expertise and 80+ R&D patents, we pair original design with disciplined, in-house craftsmanship on every order.

Three decades of innovation & awards
Our design work has been recognised at the highest level of international industrial design. Since 2002, multiple products have won Japan’s prestigious G-Mark (Good Design Award):
- 2002–2003 — the OW-N65 Director Chair and its rocking version won consecutive awards, setting a record of 200,000 units sold per year.
- 2003–2004 — the OW-12 Egg-Roll Table solved the industry’s sagging-tabletop problem, and the globally influential OW-72 Double-Eight Chair became a design widely imitated across the industry.
- 2005–2010 — we developed family tables for outdoor giant Coleman and launched the acclaimed OW-23 Fahrenheit Chair.
- 2010–2016 — years as an OEM partner for premium outdoor brand Snow Peak, work that built deep experience in rigorous quality control and precision engineering.
- 2017–2023 — the Starry-Sky Chair family (optimised packed size), the IGT modular table system and patented makeup chairs became bestsellers in Western and domestic camping markets.
- 2024–2026 — targeting a maturing market with the Spring Chair (vintage structure), the Quick-Open Table (precision craftsmanship) and the Gen-2 British Army Chair (ergonomic evolution).
